Working with a DRO and accessories, used to measure absolute (0-100mm) and comparative (0-670mm) size of parts with high accuracy. It can measure axis, hole, plug, gauge and ring gauge, calipers, length bar and low grade measuring block and mid-diameter of internal and external thread, thread plug/ring gauge etc. With data processing function .
High quality casting, after long term natural aging treatment, are selected for the base, with fine stability.
Optimized square design is adopted for the spindle to assure the stability of it's kinetic property under measurement.
Accessories with powerful and multiple functions may be selected to satisfy different requirement in measurement.
The infrared light-emitting component with low voltage, small current, small volume and long life are adopted as the light source in the grating lighting system.
The high precision measuring system is adopted for this instrument, which would be in conformity with the Abel Principle and with high precision in measurement.
