Brief:
Used to measure external (0-3000mm) and internal (30-2900mm) sizes of parts with high accuracy. Three flotation measuring types with different range available It can measure axis, hole, plug, gauge and ring gauge, calipers, length bar and low grade measuring block and mid-diameter of internal and external thread, thread plug/ring gauge etc.

Feature

Taking the laser beam length as the base unit length, the reference repetition is stable with high-precision.

With temperature sensor, software achieves real time compensation of temperature effects.

With air sensor, software achieves real time compensation of air pressure and humidity effects.

It has no Abel error in structure, high-precision in measurement

It is equipped with imported laser interferometer, having strong anti-jamming capacity.

High-quality cast iron through long term aging treatment is adopted for the base frame, strong in rigidity and not easy to be out of shape.
