CX15 is a new product developed for tool industry. It’s a kind of inspection apparatus widely used in factories for high efficiency. Its main application is online measurement of geometrical parameters such as anterior angle, relief angle, blade width and helical angle of cylinder cutters produced by tool factory.

Workpiece by large batch production, especially suitable for measuring all kinds of parameters of cylinder cutters (milling, cutters, wring cutters and aiguiles) produced by tool factory.

Feature
The stable and open iron cast worktable can reach the rapid and accurate on line inspection.
The moving directions of X and Y adopt line "V" guideways. And the X direction adopts precision lead screw driving to preferably aim cutter profile movements with more confortable feeling and more stable indicated value.
The X direction has metal protective cover and Z direction adopts organ protective housing. So the appearance is more beautiful.
The rotatable "V" iron measuring worktable is equipped indicated scale of coarse adjustments and can locate in any positions in the range of 90° . With the "V" shape iron, the measurement becomes faster and has wider range.
It adopts ergonomics 45° Image inspection method and latest reticule marking technology. Therefore, the marking line is finer and aiming is more accurate.
The supporting foot is changed as freely adjusting way. So the adjustment is more convenient.
The readout is equipped bracket. The user can freely mount it or dismount it accoring to requirements.
The illuminating light source adopts one of the two sets of LED and Halogen lamp.
