PURPOSE
The apparatus is used to make quick qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis on optical spectrum of alloy steel and non-ferrous metal within the 300-700mm wavelength coverage. It is especially suitable for the material analysis on the scene and number classification to the alloy steel. The main analytic element have:
Steel: Cr, w, Mn, V, Mo, Ni, Co, Ti, Al, Zn, Si, Cu, Nb etc.
Copper alloy: Zn, Ni, Mn, Fe, Pb, Sn, Al, Be, Bi etc.
Aluminum alloy: Mg, Cu, Mn, Fe, Si, Zn etc.
